there are many touristic points in the surrounders such as a spa center, ski area, medieval city at 20 km. we count whith 4 companies between 1 and 4km of the hotel which have an account to send there staff to have a mail each day.
we mainly work with companies and working staff during the week and do special menus in the weekend for the people of the surrounding villages.
there are 2 important proyects approved at 3 and 8km of the hotel. one is the construccion of one of the biggest area to produce sun energy. This proyect is also doing its preparatives and will start in 2011 with the production. the other proyect is about the construccion of a mine to get minerals out of the ground. this will bring a lot of people and work to this area and the hotel is in the middle of this two proyects.
we are selling the hotel because one of the owners wants to retire.
